MAXZI — A Connected Growth System for Food Retail

The Context

Chef-grade products had already built trust offline. The digital experience needed to express the same quality, clarity and range.

From a good food destination to a connected brand experience.

Founded as the e-retail arm of Indoguna Dubai and later expanded into a restaurant and retail concept, MAXZI brings premium ingredients and chef-grade food closer to everyday consumers. By 2025, the brand was operating across a growing mix of locations, offers, online shopping, social channels and paid media. BLY was brought in to strengthen the digital layer around that growth—creating a clearer customer experience while giving the internal team a more coordinated foundation for communication, campaigns and local visibility.

The Constraint

Different locations, offers and channels were generating activity, but they were not yet operating as one coherent growth layer.

MAXZI’s challenge was not limited to a single website or campaign. Customers could discover the brand through search, social media, advertising, a local listing, a product offer or one of its physical locations. Each touchpoint needed accurate information, consistent messaging and a clear next action. Website updates, location data, campaign assets, social content and advertising therefore had to move together—without adding unnecessary complexity for the internal team.

The System

BLY turned separate customer touchpoints into a coordinated system for discovery, consideration and conversion.

The work combined a responsive digital experience with ongoing website improvements, clearer location information, local listing support, content planning and multi-location paid media. Meta and Google activity was structured around different audiences and geographic areas, while Reels, Stories and campaign assets gave the brand a more consistent rhythm across social channels. Reporting, testing and handover processes connected execution with the internal team, creating a system that could support new locations, seasonal promotions and recurring product campaigns.

The Impact

The result was a stronger digital foundation—clearer across locations, easier to operate and better prepared for recurring growth activity.

MAXZI gained a more coordinated presence across its website, location information, content and advertising. Key digital details could be updated more consistently, local visibility received dedicated attention and campaigns could be developed within a clearer operating structure. The value of the project was not one isolated deliverable, but the creation of a more connected customer-facing layer—one capable of supporting both everyday demand and the brand’s next commercial activation.
